The coffee machine ran out of milk half way through my order which the staff member put on my tray, refilled the coffee machine and finished my second order without coming back to my half filled coffee and charged me full price for the 2x coffees! There was rubbish left on tables from previous visitors.We visited today and the entire centre was freezing with no heating on, making for an exceptionally uncomfortable visit. £2 a pair! The venue looks very much the part but the Wipe Out section was out of order, too many kids running around, the cafe always had a massive queue with 1 young person on her own so was waiting 10-15mins to be served. My children have visited many trampoline vicinities and wear the special socks but Flip Out insisted I had to purchase their socks with their brand which were exactly the same as what I had already.
